Personal Assistant - iLembe

Duties:
  • Manage executives' calendar and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas and materials
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Handle correspondence and communication
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with errands and tasks as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
