Duties:- Manage executives' calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas and materials
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Assist with errands and tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Qualification and Experience:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
