Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a procurement or construction environment.
Strong understanding of procurement processes
Familiarity with construction project management principles
Own vehicle is required
Excellent communication skills
Must have good people skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Must be willing to learn new processes
Must be able to work under pressure

Duties and responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Portfolio Manager
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organising meetings/appointments
Typing, compiling and preparing reports
Travel arrangements if required
Manage requests and queries
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
