Personal Assistant - Pinetown

Technical Competencies and Responsibilities
  1. 3-5 years of office administration experience.
  2. Provide a full range of P.A. services to three Directors, including diary management, correspondence, preparing presentations, and handling personal administration and errands.
  3. Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents for the Directors and management team.
  4. Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  5. Coordinate company lunches, vehicle servicing, licensing, staff functions, and more.
  6. Maintain insurance claims, schedules, and company agreements/documents.
  7. Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Pastel Evolution experience is a plus.
