Personal Injury Lawyer Cape Town R35 000 to R45 000 Per Month Plus Commission
Position Overview:
We are looking for two Personal Injury Lawyers specializing in RAF 7 claims. Future commission structure for successful candidates.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in RAF 7 personal injury cases.
Conduct legal research and prepare documents.
Provide legal advice and strategy.
Negotiate settlements and manage client communications.
Attend court hearings and trials.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years post-admission experience.
Expertise in RAF 7 Personal Injury Law.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
Valid law practice license.
