Phangela Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Security Manager.Candidate must have own reliable transport and be willing to travel to Cape Town CBD dailyRequirements:- Grade 12- PSIRA Grade A- Security Management experience of at least 3 years. - Fluent in English (Read, write and speak)- Computer literate (basic)- Health and Safety Certification (Safety Risk Assessments (SLAM's and JSA's) and Hazzard identification and mitigation) - Exceptional communication skills- Site auditing- Exceptional customer care skills- Willing to work shifts- Team player- Willing to learn Basic first aid level 1 and basic fire fighting skills will be an advantage, but not a requirementIn-Port Security experience would be to your advantage, but not a requirementSalary: - R18000 basic- R3000 KPI (Key Performance Indicator)If you meet the above requirements and is interested in the position, please email your CV to jeniquejphangelagroup.co.za.
