Key Performance Areas/ Description of Duties: r TB Clinic Operational Management r People management and Leadership r Patient Care r Governance & Risk Management r Continuous Improvement Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: · Nursing Diploma / Degree · PHC post basic diploma · Necessary qualification and registration with SANC · 3 Years minimum experience as PHCN · Experience in managing HIV and TB patients is essential · Management experience · NIMART would be an advantage Requirements: Technical Skills - Good people skills with patients, staff, management etc. - Report writing - Leadership skills - Attention to detail - Interpersonal skills - Logical thinking - Dedicated, responsible and committed - Good communication skills - Applicant must be accurate and consistent and show initiative - Proficiency in English and the local African language at the site will be to your advantage - Have basic computer literacy and be able to read and write with understanding
