The Gert Sibande District Municipality CALL FOR THE UNEMPLOYED Youth,Women and People with Disabilities to apply for the applications for Phezukomkhono Programme (EPWP). The Programme entails the following: Cleaning of storm water drains, Gardening and General Maintenance. Responsibilities For any labour intensive work as required by the Municipality such as grass cutting and raking of grass clippings, cleaning of pavements, sweeping and maintenance of the roads, loading of refuse on the truck to dumpling sites, cleaning of offices;and any other duties as may be requested by the Municipality. The Phezukomkhono Programme will run for a period oftwelve (12) months. Interested persons must please submit the following documents: Curriculum Vitae, Proof of residence, Ward number,the name of the Municipality in which the candidate resides, Certified copy of their Identity Document (ID), copies of qualifications. The opportunities are available in the following Municipalities: Msukaligwa LM; Lekwa LM; Govan Mbeki LM; Dr Pixley Ka lsaka Seme LM; Mkhondo LM; Chief Albert Luthuli LM and Dipaleseng LM.
