Hire Resolve’s client in the Packaging Industry is urgently seeking a Planning Manager to join their team in the Western Cape. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective planning strategies to optimize production efficiency Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production planning and scheduling Analyze production data and prepare reports on production performance Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials availability for production Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Oversee the budget and cost control measures Manage and develop a team of production planners Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the packaging industry Strong knowledge of production planning principles and methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in using planning software and ERP systems Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Benefits Salary: Market Related Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
