Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Planning Supervisor to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling processes for our client's projects. Responsibilities: Develop and implement project schedules Monitor and track project progress Coordinate with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time Analyze project data and provide regular reports to management Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues Ensure compliance with project deadlines and budget Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling and coordination Proficient in Primavera or Microsoft Project Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Experience in the construction industry is preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Benefits Salary: Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
