Our valued client who is in the Food Manufacturing Industry has an great opportunity for a very proficient Manufacturing Manager or Plant Manager from Food and Beverages. To apply you must have : An Engineering Qualification South African This role does have an EE Requirement An MBA or equivilant A GCC or GMR2.1 would be ideal, but it is not an must have A minimum of 10 to 15 years in fmcg manufacturing A minimum of 5 years managemetn experience You must be able to manage a budget of R300 to R400 Mill You must have managed contracts up to R50 Mill You must have managed a manufacturing plant who has 250 to 450 staffYou must have handled HR and IR issues on your plant You will be responsible for the optimum utilisation of the manufacturing plant, raw materials and technical resources. You need to ensure quality outcomes at a minimum cost. You will need to oversee quality, production and maintenance staff. This job requires a hands on person who will be available on call and or some weekends.
