We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Plumber Supervisor to jopin our dynamic team at our client in Brakpan. Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbing technicians and apprentices. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Estimate project costs and develop work schedules in consultation with Foremen/Clients. Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine material and equipment needs. Inspect client sites and resolve issues related to plumbing installations and maintenance. Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment and order supplies as needed. Train and mentor plumbing staff on installation, repair, and maintenance techniques. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to plumbing staff. Provide recommendations for improvement to plumbing systems, processes, and procedures. From time to time due to the operational requirements of the business, you may be required to perform functions or duties which do not fall within your ordinary duties, and you are required and agree to do so. Valid Plumber licence More than 8 years Plumbing experience More than 4 years Supervisor experience & proof of training Have done Safety courses/training Driver's licence Computer skills (Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) Experience in the Industrial/Mining environment (added advantage) Market Related
