MARULA PLATINUM LIMITED INTERNAL/EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT PMA OFFICER - C3 DATE OF DISTRIBUTION 24.02.2023 CLOSING DATE 05.03.2023 PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To schedule and record Planned Maintenance Activities effectively and efficiently. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4) is essential. Trade Certificate will be advantageous. Minimum of three years working experience as an Artisan is essential or Tertiary qualification in Planned Maintenance is essential; and Minimum of three years working experience in PMA environment is essential. Computer literacy (MS Office) is desirable. SAP working experience would be an advantage. Valid medical certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Print and distribute Planned Maintenance Job Cards. Schedule and capture maintenance and breakdown information, property damage and theft information. Capture and report on availabilities, MTBF and MTTR of equipment. Report on potential warranty claims. Reporting and follow-up on outstanding services and breakdowns. Assist with placing orders and creating notification on SAP Compile and distribute standby list for Engineering. Supervise and monitor capturing clerks.
