Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 5 years experience as a Support Analyst in the payment industry, working on Postilion (required)
SQL or PostgreSQL (required)
Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana and Prometheus, Cockroach DB (advantageous)
Linux (advantageous)
Cloud (advantageous)
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
PostgreSQL qualification (advantageous)
