The Powder Coating Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the Powder Coating Department in ensuring that protocols are followed. The Powder Coating Supervisor must be able to deliver high quality products as per Front Runner's quality standards and procedures. 1. A Matric Certificate or at least NQF level 3, as well as at least 3-5 years' experience in a Factory Environment. 2. Must have Supervisory experience. 3. Experience as a Powder Coating Operator is a must. 4. Must be computer literate and able to read technical drawings. 5. Strong administration skills. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Must be able to speak, read and write English efficiently. 8. Basic math skills. 9. Physically fit and healthy, as heavy lifting may be required. Working conditions are in a Factory Environment and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and equipment. Machinery and tool operation require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
