Our client based in the Garden Route area is looking to hire an Practice Manager/Bookkeeper. Duties & Responsibilities Office Manager: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the optical practice. Supervise and manage one staff member. Administrative Duties: Handle medical aid processes and claims efficiently. Conduct regular stock takes and manage inventory. Place orders for supplies and ensure timely delivery. Perform audits to maintain compliance with industry regulations. Patient Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and patient care. Assist in managing bookings and appointments. Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Financial Management: Prepare month-end reports and financial summaries. Monitor and manage financial transactions within the practice Qualifications: Previous working experience at a Medical Specialist (or a GP Doctor). Experience with Accounting and Administration.
