Job Description : As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing the operational activities of the firm with its strategic ambitions. Directly reporting to the CEO, your mission will be to uphold high-quality standards across all departments, ensuring the firm's operations flow seamlessly and effectively. This position offers the chance to lead, refine, and innovate within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities : Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and billing, ensuring compliance with financial protocols. Human Resources : Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of legal staff. Office Operations : Ensure optimal functioning of the office's daily operations, facilities, and technological infrastructure. Client Relations : Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Compliance and Risk Management : Enforce adherence to legal and ethical standards, and proactively manage potential risks. Technology and Information Management : Spearhead the integration and effective use of technology to enhance efficiency and client service. Marketing and Business Development : Drive marketing strategies and business development initiatives to expand the client base. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Administration or Business Management. At least 8 years of experience in a professional services environment. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage and streamline business operations. R800,000 - R1,000,000 based on qualifications and experience
