The business requires a Practice Manager / Medical Receptionist for a fast growing Physical and Virtual medical consulting [URL Removed] would describe you as a natural organiser who has initiative, drive, solid administration skills and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for a dynamic, competent and experienced [URL Removed] main purpose of this role is managing online and physical consultations located in Paarl, Western Cape. Job Requirements: ü Matricü Relevant Degree/Diplomaü 3 – 5 years’ experience in the medical industry ü 3 – 5 years’ experience managing medical staff / GP Practice ü Knowledge of GoodX is an advantageousü Must have basic billing experience i.e. ICD 10 and billing codes is essential ü Solid telephonic / communication skills (both verbal and written) Job Responsibilities: ü Adhering to and upholding the vision of the Practice.ü Attending to patients telephonically and personally in a care-cantered manner. Efficient diary and appointment management.ü Managing nursing personnel.ü Arranging call schedules for GP’s.ü Understanding of practice/clinic logistics.ü Deal with emergencies efficiently and proactively.ü Obtain patient’s information as per data required and capture timeously.ü Facilitate positive and easy patient flow.ü Creating a holistically positive and pleasant patient experience at all times.ü Respond to patients, prospective patients and visitor enquiries efficiently.ü Stocktaking and inventory control.ü Office management (cleaning, maintenance etc).ü In-house billing and receipting.
