PURPOSE The main purpose of this position is to provide a professional, maintaining high standard and quality Educare service in the Pre-primary Section, in line with the principles of the organisation's Educare Centre, to ensure that children develop optimally, providing stimulation, care of the children in a safe, healthy, and safe environment. KEY AREAS Support and assist the teacher in basic planning, assessment (verbal input) and implementation Assist in providing health care to children with basic Health and Safety regulations General MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE NQF 2 in ECD or related fields 3 years ECD, teaching experience SKILLS Observation, verbal reporting, conflict resolution, problem solving, listening, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
