Required for a well established company to be based at one of their branches based in Pretoria. Attend to customer requests for pricing, quotations, and invoicing. Sending quotations on behalf of external sales representative Sending promotional offers to customers Releasing of back orders when required Creating orders and quotations on the accounting systems Assisting regions with queries Inform stock control when stock is required from head office Assisting external reps with enquiries Assisting customers over the phone Develop and maintain product knowledge of the company's product offering and attend formal training if need be. Language: Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans & English Must preferably come from an electrical, lighting or solar background Must be computer literate Min 4 years relevant experience
