Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months with the possibility of renewal(s), which is very common with this specific company Rates: R650 – R750 p/h We’re looking for someone with exceptional retail operations/systems and analytics experience to help our client move forward with their pricing strategy, advancing their technology to deliver business and IT value. The right candidate will meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred). Proven experience in pricing, promotions, and markdowns of products, within the retail industry, preferably in Fashion. Deep understanding of industry and customer knowledge Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and data analytics methodologies. Experience with business intelligence tools, data management systems, and reporting platforms. Project management skills and process thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices. Knowledge of relevant industry trends and emerging technologies.
