Are you a talented Process Engineer (Chemical Engineer) passionate about driving innovation and excellence in process engineering? Our client is seeking a skilled individual to join their vibrant team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing their operations. Understand and optimise the plant process and equipment selection. Responsible for full process design - basis of design, mass & energy balance, equipment data sheets, process design report, risk assessment and developing an operating cost model. Responsible for layout & mechanical design - overall site layout, piping specifications, pipe fabrication drawings, piping calculations etc. Utilize your expertise in chemical engineering principles to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous enhancement. Lead process improvement projects from conception to execution, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact. Bsc/BEng Chemical Engineering Degree. Min 4-6 years experience as a process engineer in a similar role. Practical working experience in the mechanical design of piping thrust, load and thermal expansion. R650 000 CTC - R960 000 CTC (Depending on experience)
