- Laser welding/brazing Planning and organising
- Hemming process Problem solving
- Aluminium and steel manufacturing process Analysis of data
- Root cause analysis Decision making
- Capability studies Customer relationship skills
- Computer skills: MS Projects & MS Excel
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 5
- National Diploma in Engineering
- National TQM Certificate
- Qualified Toolmaker/Millwright will be an advantage
Practical Job-related experience requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of quality experience within the automotive environment.
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment
- Minimum 2 years tool making / Millwright experience
- Minimum 5 years exposure to S.P.C/F.M.K.
- Minimum 3 years management experience of an automotive engineering department
