Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing or Related
- Strong Engineering background: Process/Chemical or Operations
- Strong Financial and Business management skills
- Adept at Labour Relations and managing personnel
- Min 7+years Experience within FMCG and Manufacturing Industry
- Process Management
- Materials Management
- Good knowledge of Quality Control and Safety procedures
- Can oversee policies and procedures within a Factory/Manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills
