Description REQUIREMENTS National N Diploma, National Diploma or degree in Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Operations/ Production Management Have knowledge of the FMEA process and risk assessment Prepared to travel overseas Communicate at all levels Proven analytical skills with an innovative approach to problem-solving Proficient in MS Office Detailed knowledge of Body Shop processes and equipment Sound technical knowledge of the Production, Tooling, Facilities and Systems RESPONSIBILITIES Give input when required for SAB, process standards and work instructions to ensure they are clear, easy to understand and easy to apply, to ensure the process delivers the correct quality Confirm with the sectional Process Engineer that all changes within processes through the introduction of AEKOs, ECRs, MY, new models, and new derivatives, can deliver the required quality With the introduction of all changes ensured, the breakpoint unit with the change point is to be followed through by the sectional Process Engineer and customer areas and all non-conformances are to be recorded and reported back to the relevant sectional team Chair feedback meetings with sectional Process Engineers on all flow-out topics for corrective measures and follow-up Collection of information on flow items and conducting specific and detailed feedback to quality gates in the body shop process through sectional Perform audits and issue reports to production management and supervision Quality gate process – feedback loop SFM process for problem escalation
