Manager with Procurement and Supply Chain background in Telecoms Sector (Operator / OEM) to lead South Africa based Procurement activities (Directs). Bachelors Degree or a Technical Bachelor's Diploma/Degree in combination with relevant Procurement certification, e.g. CIPS, CSCP, CPSM Experience of 7 years in a procurement / supply chain role, ideally at an MNO or OEM Track record of independently handling sourcing efforts and contracting Experience of working with cross-functional teams in complex sourcing projects Strong interpersonal and communication skills South Africa supply market knowledge and experience is a requirement Expert Level in MS-Excel and Powerpoint and relevant Procurement tools/systems Strong project management skills to instigate, deliver and supplier performance manage direct and outsourced suppliers.
