We are looking for a buyer, with 2 years of buying experience. This is a contact role, based in Silverton Pretoria. Details: Mon-Fri on contract, Office based role The Procurement officer is responsible for buying of goods within the procurement department. If you have experience buying raw materials, this would be advantageous to our client. Strong communication skills within the team and with clients Maintaining good relationships with your clients Capturing of information, sending this information through to the relevant departments, and following up. Computer literacy: this role involves alot of PC work on basic Microsoft ofiice, as well as buying programmes. This person should have at least 2 years of buying experience to be comfortable to step into this role Matric Relevant degree 2 years buying experience Buying experience of raw materials with be advantageous Bilingual: English and Afrikaans Strong communication skills Peoples person Can build and maintain client relationships Attention to detail Computer literate Neccesary PC knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook and experience with buying programmes
