We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the lifecycle of our automotive products, enhancing product performance, and ensuring that our offerings meet the market needs and exceed customer expectations. Define the product strategy and roadmap for new and existing automotive products. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of products in alignment with business goals. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends to inform product decisions. Develop comprehensive product plans, including product positioning and pricing strategies. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities. Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or discontinuation. Prepare detailed product reports and present to senior management on product progress and roadmaps. Manage and optimize product budgets to maximize profitability and manage product-related expenses. Foster strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of product management techniques and lifecycle processes. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving business and product objectives.
