Our team in Pomona, Johannesburg currently has an opening for a Product Manager, Pharma, Africa Our Brenntag Pharma EMEA division builds the link between Raw Material suppliers and Medicinal Product Producers and manages the Distribution of APIs, Excipients, Intermediates, as well as Base chemicals with Value-Added Services. We serve the market with our entrepreneurial mindset & vision at the highest quality standard. We actively listen to our partners needs and add value with our customized solutions, acting as a one-stop-shop for the pharmaceutical industry. You will be part of the Pharma Sub Saharan Market Management team and work closely together with our Sales- and Pharma Services team across the Sub Saharan region. Your responsibility will be to manage product- and vendor-groups for the pharma industry, focusing on the Region. YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Product Management Management of existing products including commercial, technical and regulatory aspects, supported by subject matter experts Sourcing and introduction of new products Close interactions with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and business success Vendor Management Management of product/industry specific suppliers Develop and execute vendor specific business plans Prepare and conduct business reviews with internal and external stakeholders Price negotiations with suppliers & price management Various Participation in team meetings, regional trade shows and joint customer visits with suppliers and sales YOUR PROFILE Degree in Management, Supply Chain or related discipline Good presentation skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal Sound computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint , ERP Systems Ability to lead and inspire others combined with the drive to collaboratively achieve goals and develop teams and individuals Entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to collaboratively grow in a dynamic environment Availability to travel internationally if required Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Chemical Distribution/Production environment are considered a plus Our offer Market related INTERESTED?
