Duties and Responsibilities Client interaction (internal and external clients) Trouble shooting and user support Software testing New client setup /configuration on the SDM system Data processing, analysis and manipulation in Excel Qualifications and Experience Minimum qualification Gr12 A relevant tertiary qualification (HR or IT) will be beneficial Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Analytical/Problem solver Proficient in Microsoft Excel Training will be provided on the SDM system
