Product Support - automotive aftermarket (Western Cape) - Cape Town City Centre

Minimum Requirements
  • Qualified motor mechanic
  • Knowledge of spare parts market
  • 5 years experience in the automotive field
  • Computer literacy skills

Duties
  • Maintain good communication with Aftermarket customers, providing hands on technical support/problem solving.
  • Provide prompt/efficient service to customers relating to any queries or complaints.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations.
  • Arrange to provide customers with in-house training on all products.
  • Obtain information from the market place and feedback to Technical Manager in respect of competitive activity.
  • Represent the company at trade shows.
