Production and Compliance Coordinator (citrus) Hoedspruit - Hoedspruit

• Grade 12
• Experience in SIZA, Global GAP and/or other auditing experience
• Previous internal auditing experience
• Fully computer literate with advanced skills in MS Excel report writing and data capturing
• Relevant work and farming production experience will be an advantage
• Responsible for production administration
• Stock control, reconciliation of stock issued to spray instructions
• Ordering chemicals & fertiliser according to programs
• Issuing and reconciliation of spray and fertilizer instructions according to programs
• Reconciliation of harvesting data and bins to orchards and packhouse
• Upkeep of all data from monitoring systems
• Phytclean and eCert export programs
• Climate fruit and wine carbon calculator
• Arranging collection & processing of all samples. (MRL, Water, soil, and leaves)
• Keep and update filing system
• Responsible for all accreditations GlobalGAP TescoNuture, Farming for the Future, SIZA, Spring, LEAF, Albert Heijn
• DALRRD export markets registration & verifications, removal permits, orchard inspections
• Reviewing regulatory standards and trends to stay updated of issues in the field of quality control
• Renewal of vehicle licenses
• Coordinate Occupational Health and Safety meetings and monthly checklists
• Ensure accurate internal checks, compliance and health and safety walkthroughs are done timeously followed by thorough record keeping of such events
• Ensure that health and safety policies and rules are followed
• Documentation of accurate scouting information
• Coordination of all scouting tasks
