Reference: BOK004035-CMB-1Sales and Production Assistant required for well established organisation Qualification: Matric Tertiary qualification would be preferred 3 - 5 years experience in production, customer Service, sales and sales administration Experience: Work in a fast paced dynamic environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in a sales or production role Ability to work well within a team Detail orientated and capable of multi tasking to handle various responsibilities Organisational Skills Strong computer skills Problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet Duties: Source products for customs Process quotes Deal with suppliers and customer enquiries Provide customers with relevant product and pricing information Provide daily sales reports Maintain customer database Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Meet client deadlines
