We currently have the above position available at our Production printing facility and wish to invite all suitable qualified applicants to submit their details for our consideration. The incumbent, reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, and will be responsible for but not limited to: Creating of work tickets and pink sheets to ensure correct label product information is processed and printed Understanding customer needs and requirements. Receive inbound sales inquires and provide quotations, products and /or service information Provide support to customers along with pricing details and print schedules Keeping up to date with product and service information Understanding features of products and services rendered Adherence to all departmental and company policy and procedures Constant communication with customers to ensure accurate information is supplied to the various departments and in turn meet the customer expectations Be proactive and follow up on order status to keep the customer informed To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements: Grade 12 qualification Manufacturing and or labelling experience Customer service experience Excellent verbal and written skills Telephone and email etiquette Competent in problem solving Organising and prioritising
