Minimum requirements:

8 to 10 years experience of working within a factory/ manufacturing environment
5 years experience as a supervisor/foreman with a successful track record of achieving set team targets while maintaining good motivational levels within the team
Previous exposure to printing/ digital printing
Knowledge of the Pantone colour matching system / sensitivity towards colour matching
Senior certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent knowledge and experience
Able to work day and night shifts
Valid drivers license with access to own transport and cell phone
