Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the daily production activities Develop and implement production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products Monitor production performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity Manage and optimize resources to achieve production targets Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the production process Supervise and train production staff Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff Requirements Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication skills Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Relevant certifications or training in production management Benefits Salary negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
