The production manager plans and oversees the end-to-end manufacturing process within the businessby ensuring that all requirements are planned for and ensuring that all production lines run efficiently and that production demands are achieved. The production manager ensures Businessproducts are manufactured according to the correct quality standards and that all production team members adhere to all required industry-related standards Education: Grade12 plus relevant degree/diploma (BSc Eng Industrial / Cost and Management Accounting). Experience: Minimum of 10 years' production management experience, industry experience is advantageous Excellent communication, numeracy and computer literacy skills. Excellent people management skills and management of staff. Ability to identifying problems and implement preventative strategies to minimise risk. Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams. Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail oriented. Working well with many different departments and external suppliers. Always keeping the customer in mind.
