Qualification:

Tertiary qualification in Production Management or any similar qualification
5 years of experience in a similar position with at least 3years in managing a team
Knowledge within the Hardware or Retail sector would be advantages
Knowledge of IQ Retail System would be advantageous.

Liaise with Operations Manager re current projections vs. actual sales
Review/ adjust monthly Planning Schedule & Weekly Plans
Conduct weekly Production Meeting at Conversion & Daily Production meeting Extrusion, identify and action optimum programme to execute planned requirements
Discover trends in market demand vs. stock, on hand (Finished, WIP, Raw and Packaging), identify potential shortfalls, recommend remedial action
