Responsibilities

Accountable for critical decisions pertaining to departmental delivery targets
Oversee production processes, and orchestrate all production activities and operations
Plan and develop production schedules
Ensure that processes and procedures are developed and effectively implemented to help
the department meet its operational and strategic goals
Identify gaps in processes and implement improvement measures
Ensure that ISO quality standards for all processes and procedures are met & maintained
Manage the workforce & efficiently utilise resources
Provide regular feedback/update reports to senior management
