Production Supervisor - George

• Matric qualification or the equivalent
• 5+ years of related experience in production environment relating to food stuffs
• 5+ years in supervisory role overseeing production teams essential
• Certifications in Quality management, Health and safety, production, HACCP will beneficial
• Computer literate Internet, Spreadsheet, word, order and inventory software, preferred
• Must have manufacturing knowledge with ability to draft and implement SOP
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• /ability motivate, train and coach employees to encourage optimum performance and engagement
• Good planning and priority setting skills
• Ability to work in varying production environments (heat and cold)
• Be physically fit for the production environment
