Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client in the wine industry. Our client is a well-established wine company known for their high-quality products. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the wine industry and a strong background in production supervision. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the production team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments, such as the cellar and bottling teams, to ensure seamless production flow. Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize production efficiency and quality. Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in the wine industry or related field. Strong knowledge of wine production processes and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality standards in the wine industry. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with inventory management systems.
