TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS Community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA. We are currently working closely with one of the world's leading FMCG brands and one of the most prestigious contracts in the POS and Display sector. As a result, TMS's Global community has a fantastic opportunity for a Production support / administrator to join our client team in South Africa on a permanent basis. This will be a Hybrid role which will be mainly working from home with some occasional travel needed, to be onsite with the client in either Durban or Johannesburg, we can consider candidates in either location. About the role The Production support / Administrator will play a key part ensuring that the necessary paperwork that is required to operate in the complex South Africa and Middle East market is undertaken promptly, compliant and within local requirements. They will ensure that the whole process is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently supporting the wider team. You will also engage with TMS's support functions to ensure the process meets the needs of the job and client expectations, is delivered on time. In addition, you will also provide a high degree of support relating to the breakdown of quotations by checking complex calculations for the wider team as peer review. Some daily responsibilities will include- Day to day to operational interaction with local & regional client service team. Supports functions to ensure adequate resources are applied to meet execution expectations providing a high degree of technical support Provide support to ensure compliance and development Support successful implementation of new service lines into the assigned account (working with the Implementation team and Client Services Director) Ensures mandatory paperwork has been created by support teams and is in the right place, correctly completed, and correctly recorded. Complete administrative tasks including invoicing. Liaising with suppliers Work with the Client Service team to develop and execute account management plans To qualify for the role, some skills that would be either essential or helpful- Working fluency in English Display industry experience/Print Background Experience / exposure to a similar admin-based role POS/POP/POSM production experience from either a client facing, or supplier side would be an advantage.
