Description Production Team Leader Our client in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team. Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha Duties and Responsibilities: Management of the production team Responsible for daily reports and taking required action when targets are not met. Manpower planning, station ergonomics Scrap management and quality supervision. knowledge and adherence to H&S/HR procedures and regulations Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards. Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production process. Assist with WIP/Sorts Minimum Requirements: Technical Diploma/Qualification Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Maths proficiency Advanced Excel skills Must be willing to work shifts.
