Description Leading a newly established small to medium-sized multidisciplinary professional practice in-house Overseeing a significant property portfolio. Managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion and handover to Facilities Management. Assuming the roles and responsibilities of a Principal PQS. Collaborating on the development of multi-discipline project AEC systems with the BIM manager. Serving as principal agent and project manager, focusing on value and program management. Developing and executing budgets and life cycle strategies. Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in construction, focusing on cost and financial management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantity surveying software, strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial principles. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze cost data and identify trends for optimizing project costs. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in cost estimation and budget tracking. Organizational Skills: Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
