Interacting with clients to determine and understand their requirements and ensure they are met. Developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals Lead, control and support the overall product development activities across functions form conceptualization during production and customer support Mentoring, motivating and efficiently utilizing assigned team members to achieve project goals.
