Programme Coordinator: Higher Certificate in Management / Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management. - South Africa

Job Summary CTU Training Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Programme Coordinator for the Higher Certificate in Management and the Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management. The Programme Coordinator requires a dynamic and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about education and committed to ensuring that our students receive a high-quality learning experience while staying at the forefront of industry trends. Duties & Responsibilities Administration and Operational o Chairing weekly lecturer meetings o Assist with aspects of Programme accreditation o Manage Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings o Set up Programme Curriculum structures on LMS according to accreditation requirements o Upload learning material to LMS o Analyse and report on national results o Approve student applications Assessment and Moderation o Moderate all formative assessments o Identify areas of concern on formative assessments and provide a corrective action plan. o Monitor that students receive quality feedback on assessment o Coordinate internal and external moderation on summative assessment o Identify areas of concern as result of moderation and propose and implement corrective action o Quality assure exam schedules and exam venues Programme content o Develop and review learning material o Coordinate the development and review of learning material by appointed developers. o Quality assure the content of learning material developed. o Prepare and deliver a programme review report based on PAC, student and lecturer evaluations as well as industry research results. Staffing o Staff planning o Conduct staff performance reviews o Identify required staff development o Develop staff development plans Student support o Liaise with Campus operation Managers to identify students at risk o Develop a student support plan o Monitor implementation of support plan. Experience & Qualifications Required o Minimum NQF-8 Qualification in an appropriate field o A Master degree would be advantageous o 3 – 5 year lecturing experience in Higher Education o 2 Years experience in learning material development o Knowledge of CHE requirements Apply Now
