Reference: Dur000153-Lelet-1Our Research and Marketing client requires a Project Administration Assistant to undertake a variety of administrative and project planning tasks Job Title : Project Admin. Assistant Location : Durban (North side)Remuneration : R9500 - R10500 per month Responsibilities: Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs, scope and objectives Contributing to the planning and development of projects Research information to support other teams and departments as needed Keep track of and report on project progress Assist with schedule management Creating posts and sharing on social media Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Perform administrative tasks Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Executive in an efficient and timely manner Perform other duties assigned by the Project Executive orderly and efficiently Requirements and skills: Proven work experience or similar role A high school diploma or equivalent is required Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Strong client-facing and teamwork skills Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Excellent time-management skills and able to work under tight deadlines An ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action plans R9500 - R10500 - Monthly
