The primary requirement for this position will be to coordinate the activities of a Learnership Office including all administrative functions
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant working experience
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Administration of learnerships such as ordering of material, maintenance of the assessment centre applicable scanning and data capture
- Updating Learner Management System (LMS)
- Liaising with managers to coordinate office business and contribute to resolving problems
- Preparation of ATR audit file per annum, receipt of all invoices, training requisition forms as well as attendance registers from providers/internal trainers - and processing thereof in line with the SLA per provider
- Provide admin support to QA advisor in line with the SOP process
- Establish, track and manage regional certificates
- Track and record portfolio and remediation submission
- Co ordination and management of the learnership project files
- Preparation of all SETA compliance documentation
