Project Administrator: Customised Audits - Sandton

The Project Administrator, in conjunction with the Project Manager, will be responsible to plan and schedule audits, testing and reporting for customers in accordance with the project procedures. Specific Responsibilities: Schedule Hygiene audits and testing program for Sub-Sahara Africa: Schedule all audits in an on-line platform Schedule Auditors and manage their travel Travel arrangements Schedule courier services for collection of samples and delivery to laboratory Report coordination Schedule technical review Prepare invoicing instructions Administer new clients in accordance with relevant GSP and GPP procedures. Plan audits to ensure that monthly budgets are met. Plan Assessments/Renewal and Surveillance visits over a 3-year period as per procedures. Informing the project manager and client of any changes to the schedule immediately. Log and react to client queries and complaints. Weekly / Monthly reporting to the Project Manager Drawing up of audit plans and ensuring that it is submitted to the client on time Doing travel arrangements for auditors including visa applications, forex, business letters, etc. React promptly to client enquiries and ensure service excellence Qualifications Education National Senior Certificate (Matric Grade 12) Experience Min 5 years planning / scheduling administrative experience. Strong service industry background with small team involvement. Client and supplier liaison. Operational experience in a procedural, KPI driven operation. Auditing administration background advantageous.
