Project Administrator / Project Manager - Centurion

We currently have an opportunity available for a skilled Project Administrator/Manager. This is a hybrid opportunity. Minimum 2 days in office, based in Centurion. 3- 5 years relevant experience required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Onboard projects by following the onboarding process to ensure the execution team has no blockers to execute,
- Create project plans and flight plans for the projects,
- Schedule and conduct an internal kick-off and client kick-off meetings,
- Maintain and track project budgets,
- Support the execution teams to ensure there are no impediments on the projects,
- Ensure the scope of work for each project is executed,
- Assist in project sign-off and in the offboarding process,
- Conduct a risk assessment on each project and mitigate accordingly,
- Ensure that Dotcom standards and policies are adhered to,
- Update all relevant boards and projects status documentation and communicate to the Governance Manager,
- Assist in the month-end process by ensuring all timesheet entries are updated and month-end figures are aligned with the proposals.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant Project Management qualification desired
- Proven experience working in the ICT sector, as a Project Administrator or PM.
- Exceptional attention to detail
