Skills Required: Must be computer literate and have excellent excel performance. Strong organizational and planning skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and teams at a time. Strong project management software knowledge and be able to do reports. Strong understanding of construction costs and budgets. Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
